About Me
Hi, my name is Ryan Cosner. I am a PhD candidate at Caltech where I am advised by Professor Aaron Ames as a member of the AMBER Lab. My research centers on safety-critical control in uncertain environments using formal methods from nonlinear control theory and machine learning with applications in robotics, autonomous vehicles, and beyond. Outside of research I enjoy giving back to my community, playing music, and racing triathlons. For the Summer of 2022 I will be a Research Intern with the Autonomous Vehicle Research Group at Nvidia under the advisement of Marco Pavone.
